Independent intelligence systems

Intelligence,
kept accountable.

Oqeva is building PROJECT SARVAJÑA—an owner-governed AI system designed to learn through reviewed knowledge, explain its work, and remain within explicitly approved authority.

01About Oqeva

A deliberate approach to intelligence

Technology should extend human judgement—not quietly replace it.

Oqeva is an independent technology initiative exploring how capable AI systems can remain understandable, accountable and firmly under human direction as they grow.

We are building the foundation carefully: governance before autonomy, reviewed knowledge before self-directed learning, and transparent records before real-world authority.

01Human-directed

Authority begins and ends with explicit owner approval.

02Portable by design

Built to move from lightweight development to serious compute.

03Evidence-led

Capabilities, changes and learning are tested and recorded.

02PROJECT SARVAJÑA

Our first intelligence system

Learning with boundaries.
Acting with permission.

SARVAJÑA is being developed as a modular AI system whose knowledge, tools and authority can evolve only through reviewed, traceable and explicitly approved steps.

Discuss the project
01

Governed core

Constitutional policies, scoped approvals and audit records are part of the foundation.

Built
02

The Academy

Structured learning paths, assessments and approved progress across specialist fields.

Growing
03

Explainable work

Future code and consequential actions must be explained in plain language before approval.

Designed
04

Real-model readiness

Evaluation, sandbox and model-adapter foundations are being prepared for workstation migration.

In progress
Development status

SARVAJÑA is an active research and engineering project. Public descriptions reflect designed and tested foundations—not claims of autonomous general intelligence.

03Principles

The rules travel with the capability

Five commitments shape every system we build.

01

Authority stays explicit.

Permission is scoped to a stated purpose. It does not become permanent or silently expand.

02

Knowledge is reviewed.

New sources and lessons enter the system through traceable, owner-approved pathways.

03

Explanation comes first.

Consequential proposals are translated into clear language before they can be approved.

04

Progress must be demonstrated.

Capability advances through tests, scenarios and evidence—not assumption or confidence alone.

05

Control cannot copy itself.

The system may not reproduce or relocate itself without explicit owner authorization.
